About Kristopher

I began my career at a busy Equinox Club in Manhattan. Within 3 months I was the top producing trainer in the club and I maintained that for several years. I was obsessed with always getting better and better serving my clients, and with a wide array of clients with different goals an hindrances on my roster, I was forced to continue learning everything I could in order to keep up.

After 3 years of constant pushing to better myself I was given the designation of Master Trainer by NASM. This is a designation currently given to only about 50 trainers in the world and I'm very honored to be included in this amazing group of trainers and coaches.

My philosophy around training is that everyone should get to know their body and capabilities. I have nothing against treadmills or weight lifting but I want people to think about what they are doing and to have fun with it instead of simply doing what other people do because its what everyone else does.

I encourage clients to lead active lives instead of simply relying on a few hours of exercise each week and I do a lot of work with them around nutrition. While I have clients ranging from 20 year old women to 73 year old men, I most enjoy working with men between he ages of 40-60 years old. Usually these guys are currently active or have been pretty active at some point in their lives and just need a little push to maybe quiet down a few nagging aches and get their body back to a level of performance they once enjoyed.
