I've always been a lover of any kind of movement. I hold a BFA and MFA in Dance which of course led me to the world of Pilates. I am a PMA certified Pilates instructor and have been teaching in-person and virtually since 2017. Additionally, I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, drinking matcha lattes, doing Pilates (of course) and traveling.
