My role as a personal trainer is to motivate and make the training experience rewarding as possible, while still being fun and safe.
I always tell my clients to focus on proper form and correct technique, which are both crucial for great results.
My main passion is long distance running, as I’m a marathon runner myself, but I love helping clients with their goals to lose weight and gain muscle.
