My training philosophy

Losing weight is a residual effect of doing the work. Focus on remaining consistent with your sessions and creating nutrition habits you can live with and the weight loss, the muscular development will happen, no doubt about it. I've seen it time and time again.

My training experience

As an ACE-certified, Pre /Post Natal certified, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Functional Strength Coach, I has been training clients both privately and group based for more than 14 years on both the East and West Coast. I provide fun, and well-informed workouts for expectant moms, couples, the novice athlete, and sedentary individuals needing a healthy lifestyle change. Leading by example, I teaches clients the importance of nutrition and portion control in relation to overall fitness. My no nonsense approach has the ability of helping clients bypass their fears and excuses, and instead focus on achieving their desired fitness goals As a professionally trained dancer, a group fitness instructor, and an athlete; I have combined discipline, passion, along with my creative side to create a unique training experience.
