I’m a personal trainer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete based in NYC. My background in both strength training and martial arts shapes the way I coach, I care just as much about how your body moves as how it looks. I believe strong bodies are built through good mechanics, smart programming, and consistency, not burnout.
A typical session with me blends strength, mobility, and athletic style training so you leave feeling challenged but also better in your body. Whether we’re lifting heavy, working on glutes and shoulders, improving posture, or building conditioning, I always prioritize technique, joint health, and long term progress.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners who are just learning how to move and lift, to busy professionals, kids, and competitive athletes including bodybuilders and jiu jitsu practitioners. I love helping people who want to feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday life, not just in the gym.
I became a trainer because training changed my life. Through lifting and jiu jitsu I learned discipline, resilience, and self trust, and I now help my clients build those same qualities in themselves. My goal is not just to get you results, but to teach you how to move, train, and take care of your body in a way that lasts.
