A typical session with me would be very thorough. A basic assessment of biomechanics and and addressing all weak points. A program is then devised to maximize the clients work load and help keep the intensity of the workout.
I've worked with clients ranging from age 6 to my oldest client being 90 years old. The goal is to keep you strong and mobile no matter the age through movement. I've helped a lot of clients improve their strengths and recover from injuries and underdeveloped muscles. Nutrition is also a vital part of fitness and wellness. I've helped thousand of clients achieve their goals with meticulous meal plans. I would like to consider myself a transformation specialist.

Fonz developed a passion for sport and fitness early in life as a competitive swimmer (nationally ranked and Olympic trials qualified at the age 13), a martial artist (possessing 3 black belts in aikido, judo and shotokan and abasketball player Playing overseas for Puerto Rico for one season. More recently, Fonz has competed in (npc natural bodybuilding competitions and has been nationally ranked 3 times.

My favorite client story
My favorite clients story is a client I helped lose about 60 pounds in 3 months. I was able to help him compete in a npc and get featured in Men Fitness. He's a new man now maintaining a healthy lifestyle and loving life.

My training philosophy
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to improve your life. It deserves the same serious consideration, attention to detail, and effort – both physical and mental – as any other major life goal or achievement of high value. It is not enough to just do exercise, you should strive to master it.
You should perform every exercise and every workout in the safest, most effective, most efficient manner possible.
My training experience
I've been training clients all my life in various sports. I've coached kips bay boys and girls club swimming. Have taught hundreds of students martial arts. Have taught kids and young adults how to play basketball. Personal trained one on one and group classes for over a decade. Lastly I've coached thousands of individuals in nutrition to help attain their goals.
