If you're feeling a little "stuck," I can help. I've spent much of my training career and fitness life (over 15 years) figuring out how to solve these puzzles of the body. There isn’t a more frustrating feeling than having a goal but feeling overwhelmed by how to achieve it. Overcoming that frustration is what we’ll do together to smash goals and make lasting change.
I've been lucky enough to spend thousands of hours in front of people, studying how they move and making them the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. I work closely with my friend and mentor Steve Maxwell (often called one of the founding fathers of the kettlebell in the USA) on educating and certifying fitness professionals and trainers in kettlebells all over the world. I've grown to love the kettlebell and use it in a way that's fun, effective, and fat blasting.
I also specialize in mobility training, which I consider to be the intersection of strength and flexibility. Mobility training allows us to feel not only loose, but strong as well and is the number one thing that will aid in injury prevention. It also plays a huge role in simply feeling better.
Fun fact: I've taught nearly everyone I've worked with to do a pull-up – male and female, and all across the age spectrum.

I can't say enough about Mark as a coach and a trainer. I met Mark when I was 200lbs and barely running a mile. He worked with me to help me achieve my goals and maintain weight loss. I am now training for my second marathon with Mark and I have made amazing breakthroughs due to his expertise and insight. Mark's caring attitude allows for open client communication. He was able to help support my weaknesses while building up on my strengths. I am now 165lbs and truly feel blessed to have the guidance from Mark. I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
I had a great time at the Saturday morning kettle bell class. Mark was professional and personable. It was my first kettle bell experience and it was fun and challenging. He broke down everything and made it really easy to follow. I also liked that even though we were in a small group, there was lots of one on one attention to go around. Great place to check out if you are in the city or just passing through.
