I've been working in fitness for over 8 years. I've worked all over the country, and with several different styles of athletes and individuals. I currently work with some of the best junior golfers in the world, players on tour, amateur, and professionals. Goals are attainable when written down and colletively attached with a common goal in mind. I've had several years of experience working with individuals to achieve their goals and optimize their health and fitness. As someone who's played sports, rehabed his body, and lost weight I know and understand the struggles of attempting to accomplish something. I'm currently working full time with junior and professional golfers. I've opened up my schedule for weekday training from 6-8pm and weekend training from 8-11 am. I would love to take what I do with professional and junior athletes, and apply the same to you!
