My favorite client story
I had a client who wanted to lose about 20lbs in a certain amount of time, we exceeded his goal and he was losing the weight faster than he expected. As he began to reach his fitness goal, he started walking differently( with more confidence). It was amazing to see his transformation.

I'm open minded when it comes to exercise, I like to try different exercise to see how they affect my body(specific muscle group)..
