I perform a through Body Composition Analysis and help the client strategize their specific goals while designing a customized program. No 2 workouts are ever the same which keeps clients both motivated and committed. I was voted BEST PERSONAL TRAINER 2021 by Best of Long Island and have been nominated numerous times including for 2022
