I'm Shannon Eberly.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Boxing Fitness Instructor with a specialization in Women's Fitness.
Since May 2016, I've been head of the women's program at Church Street Boxing Gym. My responsibilities include developing and teaching a variety of new "ladies' only" workouts via one-on-one sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals, and creating a culture of empowerment and respect.
My passion for fitness began at a young age, as a competitive gymnast. My interests eventually expanded to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), long-distance running, yoga, and boxing. I'm currently training for my first amateur bout later this year, and my 4th full marathon.
My workouts draw from all the athletic disciplines that I've studied. I love getting creative so sessions are always challenging and never dull. My favorite workouts involve no equipment - except maybe a pair of gloves and something to hit!
