My sessions include 45min-1hr of work followed by a dynamic stretch to help the body recover. Every client receives their own unique workout plan based on their interests, fitness goals, and level of intensity. In addition, I can provide workout routines and videos for you to do on-the-go if you travel or don't have the chance to meet with me in person.
Whether you are just getting back into fitness, preparing for an event, or wanting to take your body to the next level, I aim to give every busy Houstonian an affordable solution to help find STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE.
