About Sophie
I'm a personal trainer and mental performance coach with 9+ years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Starting as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in NYC, I have worked with clients with varying levels of experience. I specialize in functional fitness, helping you learn how to lift weights with confidence and correct form. My goal as a personal trainer is to enable you to live a life without pain or discomfort.
With my background in Psychology (M.A. Psych), I take a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing both mental and physical health. Exercise is an incredible stress reliever, but can be difficult to fit into our routines. I provide my clients with the support they need to build habits and routines that prioritize their mental health and help them manage stress without burnout.
Whether you are just getting back into fitness, preparing for an event, or wanting to take your body to the next level, I aim to give every busy Houstonian an affordable solution to help find STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE.
