Movement has always been indispensable part of my life starting with dance 20 years ago then yoga and finally conditioning and personal training.
Dedicating a large part of my life to this, has given me the knowledge and tools to guide clients to their goals no matter what obstacles we face in life.
Furthermore, becoming a recent mom of twins has given me even more insight on proper rest, nutrition and activity especially resorting the core and pelvic floor.
It’s all about balance, strong muscles yet supple enough to reach bend and flow through life while being fueled by rich and nutritious food. Let’s not forget looking good and feeling good counts too.
