I strive to push people within their limits and beyond through functional exercise; including strength training, plyometrics, agility, interval training, posture correction, injury prevention and rehabilitation. I participated in the National College of Lacrosse League (NCLL) and led them to a national championship in 2010. I have been working in the physical therapy and personal training field since 2010, specializing in sports injuries and strength and conditioning, ranging from top level athletes to everyday people.
