My name is Sulaiman Muhammad and I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. I put a major emphasis and focus on being fit to survive and thrive! There are many individuals who want to workout to look good. Nothing wrong with that but like Darwin said "It's survival of the fittest". Not survival of the most muscular, most stamina, most power but the fittest (hence overall fitness). With myself the 3 main focus points of fitness are: 1)vitality 2) performance and 3) appearance. Through fitness, I believe an individual can progress and evolve spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. With my training, you will get intense yet focused and attentive guidance when working out! My motto is " Aim and strive to be the ultimate you!"
My favorite client story
My oldest client had a TIA(trans-ischemic attack) not too long before I trained her. The left side of her body was significantly weaker than her right side of her body. Once my client began training with myself, she made tremendous progress in reference to her left body strength within 6 months. 3 years later, my client still trains under my tutelage and she continues to have great health stats(blood pressure, heartrate, respirations, and mobility) well above average for her age range. My client that I'm informing you guys about is in her late 60s!

My training experience
I have 6 + years of personal training experience. I have and am currently training clients of various age ranges. I've trained athletes, senior citizens/geriatrics, post rehab client, and overweight/obese clients. In addition to that, I have 1 year of group training experience.
