Whether you're just starting out or feel like your go-to routines have plateaued, I craft personalized workouts tailored to your goals and lifestyle. I offer in-home personal training in Brooklyn and virtual sessions worldwide.
**Note on pricing: My rates reflect my deep expertise in boutique fitness and quality of services you will receive. For 2+ people, we can collaborate on the rates if you have meaningful budget concerns. I want you to be successful, and I get that personalized coaching can be expensive. This is a false dilemma - I love all my clients!! Some client wins as a result of training together:
-Emma lost 3 inches from her waist and hips before her wedding
-David was able to enjoy his passions more (road biking, hiking with his kids) by incorporating strength training and stretching that was sorely missing from his work/life routine
-Uma, a senior in college, was able to build confidence in herself for the first time outside of academics

My favorite exercise
If I was on a deserted island and could only do 3 things, they would be: push up, plank and squat because you're hitting the majority of movement patterns with those three. If I had to choose only one: the push up, because you're nailing upper body and core, with some leg strength required.

Zoe's workouts are the perfect combination of challenging and well paced re-introduction to daily fitness. Just as I begin to get a grip on the workload here, it's the first moment since I've started that I can even consider getting back into the gym. Which is a huge deal for me because I used to begin and end my days with the gym either lifting or swimming. Zoe was the perfect jumpstart for me getting back into that healthy mindset that's been missing lately. I loved the program you put together it's really fun, but also filled with moments which require you to dig deep and aim for your personal best. I really like the way you kept the energy up the entire time, kept it lighthearted with certain things you said, which were really funny.
Workouts with Zoe are the BEST. I can barely walk today and can't wait for next time.
As I know you enjoy feedback, I thought that was a phenomenal session both from a workout perspective and from your teaching. Really terrific session. My body is aching already. Strengths - the workout did an excellent job of blending running and body weight movements. The burpee and sprint, for example, really accelerated my heart rate and kicked my you know what - your motivation is key as there were points where I was fading but hearing "good job Alex" gave me that needed boost for an extended time period - Timing was optimal, as I felt sufficiently exhausted after each rep but with 1 minute of rest, I was adequately able to go again Overall, one of the best workouts I've had in a while. I think the group format and your instruction are conducive to exercise success. Anyways, thanks and really fantastic job.
As someone who is trying to get back into shape after a long layoff, Zoe has been great in developing a program for me that has been challenging and diverse but without overwhelming me. Her passion for working out and helping people get fit really shines through in sessions with her. She gives out homework and follows up with you after the fact to make sure you are doing what you said you are doing which adds a level of accountability in between your workouts with her. I would highly recommend someone of any skill level to work out with her!
