Hi! My name is Abigail and I am 22 years old. I have been a CPT for over a year now, and am in my second year of graduate school studying occupational therapy. I began my fitness journey as a child, watching my father lift weights. He purchased 2lb dumbbells so I could do the workouts alongside him, and my passion for weightlifting was born! I hope to share this excitement and love of movement with you, and I have learned so much through my own experience, my formal training, and my academic education. I am a bright, happy type of leader, but when you need me to push you, or give some tough love, I'll be right there keeping you going. Through any movement I will strive to teach you proper form, safe movement, and even work with you toward independence in your fitness journey!
Also, I am double vaccinated and double boosted! I work in healthcare so I am COVID-consicous, and hope you are too! Lets stay healthy so we can get evey healthier.

I love weightlifting, and deadlifts make me feel powerful!
My training philosophy
I believe exercise and movement should be a celebration of what your body can do. Whatever you goal is, if you want to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, I want to ensure that you first prioritize your health, both mental and physical. Any movement is good movement and I want to help you reach your goals and grow.
