About Brad
If you want to look fabulous and feel great, it's time to start training with Fitness Made Easy; I come to you, and I bring all the equipment. I have multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. I am also pre/post natal and kettlebell certified. Lastly, I have a master's degree in physical education and I taught it for five years. My fitness philosophy is to give you an individualized program that is well-balanced by using a multi-joint (using multiple muscles in one exercise to maximize your workout) and multi-planar (moving in all directions to use all muscle groups to prevent injuries and overuse syndromes) approach that will provide a safe and enjoyable experience. I have worked with many individuals of all ages, ranging from 13- 70+. Everyone has different capabilities, and you need to make sure your trainer is able to work within your limits. Many individuals do not K1863move optimally and when you add weight training to these poor movement patterns, injuries can occur. That is why I stress proper movement, proper biomechanics; and my focus in the beginning will be to help you move and lift more biomechanically sound, while still working towards your health and fitness goals.

My favorite client story
I have so many great success stories of my past clients. The success of my clients both physically and mentally is what makes me love my job. But the best part of my job is the personal connections I make with my clients. Many of my clients become my friends and some even become like family. One of my favorite success stories was with one of my clients that was battling cancer, she was in her early mid 50's at the time. When she was done with all her treatments, she lost a lot of muscle, strength, energy, and she was emotionally drained. In a few months, I helped to get her back in great shape and she was back to her usual self of lighting up a room.
My favorite exercise
I have many favorite exercises. They tend to be multi-joint and combine multiple motions into one movement. Here are two of them:1: Dumbbell Bent Over Row to Deadlift: This is one of the best exercises for working your posterior chain- that is the back of your legs, butt, and back muscles. Most of us have a tight anterior chain(front side of the body) and a weak posterior chain( back side of the body). This exercise is working on correcting those muscle imbalances. 2: Dumbbell Front Squat to Single Arm Shoulder Press with Hip Rotation: This exercise is great for you legs, butt, hips, and shoulders. It combines one of the fundamental movements, a Squat, with a shoulder press; but most importantly is the internal rotation of the hip during this exercise. Most of us have tight muscles in the hip complex and this exercise is working on resolving that issue.
