After falling in love with Pilates and its benefits for herself, Caitlin decided to pursue training as a career. With a background in dance and additional education in Personal Training and other modalities, she posses a distinct set of skills to approach each client’s needs in a way that keeps their sessions both effective and fun. Her biggest focus is that her clients feel better after their sessions than they did walking in.
