I am well versed in musculoskeletal pathologies and movement dysfunctions of the human body. This expertise with biomechanics has allowed me to eliminate pain, as well as improve efficiency, and enhance performance for various clients.
To give you an idea of my training methodology, I prefer functional training methods where we utilize your core for stability, and use multiple muscle groups for each exercise in your workout. This strategy allows me to train you more efficiently and lets you get more work done in the same amount of time. I have been training clients professionally for the past 20 years.
