About Daphne

Daphne Morrissey is the founder of Onebody Fitness and Nutrition and a nationally certified nutritionist, personal trainer, mindfulness coach, and RYT500 yoga instructor. With a holistic and individualized approach, she helps clients reconnect to their bodies through movement, breath, and whole-food nutrition. Daphne offers virtual coaching sessions and self-guided programs that integrate strength training, yoga, mindful habits, and food as medicine. Her work centers on sustainable routines, nervous system balance, and deepening the mind-body connection—always meeting clients where they are and building from there. Through Onebody, Daphne invites clients to return to a grounded, intentional way of living—one breath, one meal, one movement at a time.

The first time I worked with E. on Zoom she told me she hated water and that I couldn't make her drink that sh*t! Years later, she texts me occasionally just to tell me she is drinking her water but still hates it hahahah!

My training philosophy

My philosophy is to look at the whole person - from movement, to food, from stress to mindfulness. It is not a fast, fad diet or an overnight transformation, it's about living a healthier and happier life.

My training experience

I have been coaching for over 10 years now and I work with all kinds of clients in all kinds of ways. I teach yoga every Friday at the YMCA and give seminars on nutrition, neuroplasticity and mindfulness at local businesses and online. I absolutely love what I do and am grateful everyday for the experience
