About Elisa

Elisa began her professional training career as a Group Fitness Instructor in the Fall of 2016 with ShapeUp NYC. She later became certified with The Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Elisa is also an Independent Health and Fitness Coach with Beachbody. Since then, Elisa has been conducting fitness classes and personal training sessions throughout the NYC area and has recently obtained more certifications for personal training and nutrition with American Council on Exercise (ACE). Elisa's enthusiasm for fitness is compelling and undeniable. Her dedication to her craft and passion to help others make the change they desire, makes her the perfect coach for anyone ready to begin their health and fitness journey.
