I had a client come to me and tell
Me that they wanted to get to get ready for their wedding and be nice and lean. They were dedicated to the program and put all of their trust in me. Within 2 months (which was the allotted time they had before the wedding) they lost 20lbs and put on some muscle in the process. They felt better, and their now wife was also proud of the results as well!

My training philosophy
I believe in giving my clients great workouts as well as teaching them how to use their bodies and what to feel.
My training experience
I’ve been training clients since I was 13 years of age however I just got certified recently. I’ve trained alongside current and former NFL athletes, as well as training youth athletes in sports performance and speed training. I have also preformed various boot camps as well as training private clients. I currently am a personal trainer at Chelsea Piers fitness.
