About Lily

Hi! I’m a certified personal trainer, professional dancer, and Pro Coach at Solidcore. My background in dance has given me a deep understanding of body awareness, alignment, and functional movement, all of which shape the way I train my clients.

My sessions focus on building strength that supports your lifestyle: improving mobility, posture, and overall confidence in how your body moves. I’m big on mind-muscle connection, proper form, and balancing intensity with recovery.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to build consistency, to experienced movers wanting to train smarter and prevent injury. My goal is to make fitness approachable, effective, and sustainable, while creating a space where you feel supported, challenged, and proud of your progress.
