About Megan

Hi! I am Meg, a Certified Personal Trainer, runner and dancer. I grew up training intensely in Ballet from a young age, so movement has always been a part of my life. I spent years strength training and conditioning to be in the best shape possible to support my dance journey. My relationship with fitness has evolved in many ways as I've continued to bring other movement into my life such as running, strength training and yoga. I can't imagine my life without fitness, it does so much for my overall well-being and mental clarity. I am fitness's biggest fan!!
I specialize in endurance work, strength training for runners/dancers and flexibility/mobility. I really love focusing on specific goals like half marathon or marathon training and am confident I can get you to where you want to be on race day.
Additionally, I love looking at the big picture and using well-rounded movement to get you feeling strong in and out of the gym. Fitness as a lifestyle is really important to me. I always incorporate discussion on nutrition, sleep and stress in all my sessions. I truly believe prioritizing a solid movement and wellness routine will set you up for success in every other area of your life.

My training philosophy is all about mind-body connection. Feeling strong physically translates to feeling strong mentally and that is where the magic happens.

My training experience

I have years of experience teaching dance, strength & conditioning, and yoga. I currently personal train in person at a gym and am looking forward to starting the journey of online personal training!
