About Megan
I specialize in endurance work, strength training for runners/dancers and flexibility/mobility. I really love focusing on specific goals like half marathon or marathon training and am confident I can get you to where you want to be on race day.
Additionally, I love looking at the big picture and using well-rounded movement to get you feeling strong in and out of the gym. Fitness as a lifestyle is really important to me. I always incorporate discussion on nutrition, sleep and stress in all my sessions. I truly believe prioritizing a solid movement and wellness routine will set you up for success in every other area of your life.

Currently: Hex Bar Deadlifts, they make me feel strong!

My training philosophy is all about mind-body connection. Feeling strong physically translates to feeling strong mentally and that is where the magic happens.
My training experience
I have years of experience teaching dance, strength & conditioning, and yoga. I currently personal train in person at a gym and am looking forward to starting the journey of online personal training!
