I've been a personal trainer since 2006 and I am passionate about helping clients to enjoy long term success by focusing on making key habit changes, such as drinking more water and not skipping cardio. I encourage them to define their outcomes clearly so they know where to place their focus and how to measure progress. My training sessions are 30 - 45 minutes long and I include stretches and a warm up. Programming depends on the clients goals and abilities and I stress the importance of form and deep breathing. I provide a list of suggested equipment so the client exercising from home has a set of weights, resistance bands and a medicine ball. I also travel virtually to the gym with my clients on their phones or ipads.
