About Spencer

Hi, my name is Spencer. I have 120+ transformations (and counting). With 7+ years of fitness experience, you are in the best hands possible in regards to your own transformation.


 I created The Paladin Method after my own fitness transformation, because I saw how one-dimensional personal training tends to be in the fitness industry - Lifting weights, fitness, and overall healthy living is far deeper than surface-level looks!


 I GENUINELY care about each and everyone of my clients & their goals; I understand how overwhelming it can be changing your eating habits, fitness routine, etc... and I strive to be not just a trainer but a coach, friend, and rock (no not THE Rock, he's too busy to take my calls apparently) to my clients.


 My clients come out of my programs not only physically transformed, but their inner transformation follows... I do this through a propriety process I honed for years, that only The Method incorporates.. here's an idea of it:


 - Identity shifting (i.e. if you identify as overweight, you will subconsciously sabotage yourself. I will help you shift this towards a more healthy version)


 - Breathwork


 - We meditate briefly before and after workouts. This allows my clients to not only deeply start enjoying working out, but is scientifically-backed to increase performance.


 - Accountability & Responsiveness - I am here for my clients as long as I am awake.


 Mondays are my only off days usually but I will answer texts if I get them! My job is literally is help you win - whatever that may mean for you.


 - Warrior Training (aka Effective Personal Training) - Depending on the client, I use a strategy of working out hard (safely of course) and precise. I help push my clients past their imaginary boundaries they have set for themselves, and help them grow. My favorite client story

Has to be my client Charlie... he is the definition of consistency. He lost 50lb in 50 weeks with me. A 1lb a week which is perfect weight loss cadence since he also was able to increase his strength (& muscle mass) during that process.

Like 98% of my previous clients, he has been able to keep the weight off and has a gym routine he's been able to remain consistent with for years.

Bulgarian split squats... haha just kidding! I'd have to say bench press.

My training philosophy

The gym is the dojo... it's not just a place where we help you build the best body of your life and keep it... but it's a place where you 'destroy' everything that's been holding you back... limiting beliefs, your past, or doubts... we transmute it rep by rep into power, into a new body, into a new life!

My training experience

I transformed my life through fitness & weight lifting. I became sober from drugs/alcohol because I got my body & health in order. Now I'm on a mission to help as many people as possible!
