My favorite client story

One of my most rewarding experiences as a trainer was working with Ciara, a first-time mom-to-be who wanted to stay healthy and strong throughout her pregnancy. When Ciara first came to me, she was excited but understandably nervous about exercising while expecting. Her main goal was to maintain her fitness, manage stress, and prepare her body for a smooth delivery and recovery.

My favorite exercise

The hip thrust is a powerhouse move for building glute strength, which is essential for everything from athletic performance to everyday activities like walking, climbing stairs, and maintaining good posture. It’s also a fantastic way to improve core stability and lower body power without putting excessive strain on the lower back.
