About Suzanne

After years of physical training, I grew a passion for sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve a fit and active lifestyle. My focus is primarily on personalized high intensity interval training (HIIT), with a combination of weight lifting for strength, fat burning, and muscle development. I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer with additional safety training in AED and CPR. In addition, I am currently specialized in fitness nutrition and sports performance. As a mom of two beautiful children, I came to appreciate the need for a healthy and active way of life. I learned that the key in physical training is not only strengthening the body, but also revitalizing the mind to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. Let me inspire you to take your life to the next level and make a fit and active lifestyle an essential element of your daily routine. Whether you need new workout routines, or help in reaching and surpassing your goals, I’m here to help you turn your vision into reality. For people outside of New York, I’m also able to put together fitness programs via virtual sessions.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the burpee. I like it because its fun, challenging and a total-body exercise that I can do for a good number of reps to get my heart rate up. Plus, it requires no equipment, making it great for getting in a workout at home or on the go.

My training philosophy centers on a well-rounded approach, incorporating strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises. Prioritizing consistency, gradual progression, and enjoyment in workouts promotes sustainable health and fitness improvements. Tailoring programs to individual goals and needs.

My training experience is in sports performance, strength and functional training. I also experiment with bootcamp style workouts.
