Yuki Watanabe is a classic New York success story.
Extremely ambitious to come to NYC from Japan in 2000 on her own.
She has been in love with the city ever since.
Yuki has practiced ballet, kick boxing, martial art, Weights. kettle bell, yoga, pilates through out her fitness journey over 30 years. After 30 years of countless practices, Yuki understands importance of the balance exercise. Importance of the knowledge that you should know in order to build solid foundation or Correct bad habits in order to extend your skills and result.

Balance exercise is so important and I'm using combined method Calisthenics and Weights. Additionally yoga movements so that you'll have variety of tool to work on all of your needs.

As first time I've hired personal trainer with Yuki has beyond my expectation. Less than 3 month my weight has dropped naturally, we never talked about the weight and build my strength ( leg, ab, shoulder ) more importantly I've taken back my endurance to stay active with my son who plays soccer. Not only she pushes to challenges but also understand importance of balance fitness. Now I'm more active and my body is more flexible. I started taking yoga classes with confidence and more to discover fitness journey with her.
