About Austin
My name is David "Austin" Woolard, and I am an ACE CPT in Greenville, N.C.. I have been an athlete all of my life immersed in high contact speed oriented sports: football, baseball, and basketball; to low impact, methodical sports with high repetitious muscle memorization such as golf. I enjoy working with clients of all athletic abilities that are interested in pushing themselves to create the person they want to be. I have had the pleasure of working with all levels of athleticism since becoming a trainer; and can report that each of my past and present clients have seen substantial growth towards their initial goals, and continue to build and establish new goals.
Free consultations are offered to every potential client prior to signing up for training. We will begin our secessions with a quick warmup of the full body with mobility and flexibility training using PVC pipes, assistance rings, and tension bands to ensure your safety and preparedness for that days training. Every secession will last approximately 50 minutes, but every client is encouraged to show up at least 10 minutes early to begin the warmup. The goals that were established in our initial consultation will aid in developing a personalized workout regimen for each individual client.
