I teach mid-career men and women to move properly, lift items safely, participate in outdoor activities without restriction--and build the energy to keep up with their grandkids! Bone health, total body strength and proper movement patterns are the top priorities in my training programs for both beginneers (those with zero experience with resistance training), and advanced athletes. Strength training should feel comfortable, manageable and fun; let's begin your physical fitness journey together!
My favorite client story
My clients typically have the same story. A report from their PCP showed a risk of osteoporosis, and low lean muscle mass and strength. They know resistance training is important, but they are hesistant to begin a strength routine because, until now, they have little experience lifting weights. Clients are blown away at how easy it is to prevent injury, build strength and muscle, and have a good time doing it!

My training experience
10 years ago, I transitioned from 15 years of coaching cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance, to helping seniors increase their strength, and bone density, with the same upbeat attitude.
