My favorite client story

It's hard to choose because over the years I've had the opportunity and honor to make a difference in many people's lives, from losing weight to gaining muscle mass. But a story that comes to mind was when I prepared my dear student Marcinha, 64 years old, to go to Mount Everest, she did it and it was a victory.

My training philosophy

When I moved to the US I found it funny that people asked this, as a philosophy student I realized that maybe those who ask me questions like this don't know what philosophy is, but I can tell you that there is no training philosophy, there is science , analyses, prescriptions, control of variables, periodization, progressions and everything must be done assertively based on what the literature presents to us.

My training experience

As a Professor I've had the pleasure of working as a coach with athletes and normal people like you and me in different objectives and modalities, cycling, triathlon, running, bodybuilding, among others, from learning the basics to have a healthy life, developing the motor repertoire and complex movements, preparations for competitions, people who aim increase your strength, decrease your fat percentage, among other goals.
