Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the leading certifying bodies in the fitness industry. She also received her BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Art History from West Chester University complimenting her all around approach to fitness and client engagement.
She has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life with experience in a multitude of different disciplines including running, cycling, strength training, hiking, triathlon, rock climbing, snowboarding.
Her key areas of expertise are in special populations (cardiac patients, senior populations, weight loss surgery,etc.), strength and conditioning, running, cycling, hiking, weight loss and generalized fitness.
Her true passion is helping others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. She truly believes that when live a healthy lifestyle all of the other pieces in life come together. Exercise is known to reduce stress and anxiety, help you sleep better, prevent chronic conditions, and an overall sense of well being.
