About James
James Walsh is a Raleigh-based strength and conditioning coach and the founder of Raleigh Mobile Fitness. With a Master’s degree in Sport Performance and certifications through the NSCA (CSCS), FRC, and Precision Nutrition (in progress), James brings both deep expertise and real-world experience to every training session. His career path has taken him from interning with UNC Chapel Hill football, UNC Charlotte Olympic Sports, Athletic Lab, and professional soccer, to working hands-on with everyday professionals.
His philosophy is simple: training should make you stronger, healthier, and more resilient, both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re looking to get leaner, build strength, improve mobility, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, James creates a structured plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
