After spending 6 years in the Army and raising 2 daughters I realized I couldn't keep doing what I was doing and be healthy. My inactive lifestyle led me to gain weight and I wasn't happy with how I felt or how I looked. So I began my fitness journey to become my best self. I am still a work in progress just like you. Along the way I have become a group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer. I love helping others realize the only limits are the ones they place on themselves. Everyday we wake up is a new opportunity to do better than the day before.

My training experience
At the beginning of my fitness journey I lost 20 pounds on my own. From that experience I gained confidence in myself and a passion for health and wellness. I decided to become a group fitness instructor in 2016 and I started personal training in 2019.
