I am Certified as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Functional Aging Specialist, however what I actually do is use these certification to provide more of a Lifestyle Fitness Coaching approach to working with my clients.
Workouts can consist of resistance training with bands or weights, cardio, core, balance, stability, flexibility and mobility.
I like to kow what my clients do in their spare time and try to gear their training around these activites so they can continue to do them safer, better, and more efficiently.
I have worked with a variety of ages, however my main client base is the 55+ population.
I offer 30 minute and 60 minute one on one private sessions.
