I aim to give everyone the tools to be happier, healthier, and more independent versions of themselves, whatever that means for them. My main goal with every client is to achieve results that LAST. How we get there is different for everyone. That's why I have several distinct plans and options to match a wide array of goals. I don't just work with people who want to lose weight. I specialize in: - Body recomposition (sometimes referred to as "toning") - Weight/muscle gain - Improved athletic performance or overall health. I work with people of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and goals. I am ACTION and ISSA Certified in Personal Training and Nutrition. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
My favorite client story
I can't pick one, but my favorite moments are when I can help someone achieve a "first" for anything. First box jump, first pull-up, first full push-up, first time squatting 200, bodyweight milestones, etc.

My training philosophy
Keep it simple. I've found over the years that when people try to complicate things and it becomes the new fitness "fad," there's usually a study that comes along 1 or 2 years later proving it wrong. That's another thing - fitness is constantly changing, so always keep seeking new information!
