My main goal with every client is to achieve results that LAST. How we get there is different for everyone. That's why we have several distinct plans and options to match a wide array of goals. My clients' goals are my top priority, and I strive to give each person the tools they need to eventually go off on their own.
As a Nutrition Coach, I don't just work with people who want to lose weight. I specialize in body recomp (or "toning"), weight/muscle gain, and maintenance for performance. As an Online Personal Trainer, I mainly work with people whose primary goals are either to build muscle and/or strength. I am ACTION and ISSA Certified in Personal Training and Nutrition. My training philosophy
Keep it simple. I've found over the years that when people try to complicate things and it becomes the new fitness "fad," there's usually a study that comes along 1 or 2 years later proving it wrong. That's another thing - fitness is constantly changing! So always be seeking new information!
