I have been interested in fitness from a young age. I wanted to be a bodybuilder, tried multiple programs to find that I couldn't put on the needed mass until I was older. At this stage I was using mass gainers and I gained mass alright. Right along the midsection!!! I hired a personal trainer who helped me lose the excess. It was during these years that my interest in helping others to lose weight grew to the point that I got certified as a personal trainer. I worked for a couple gyms and decided to go on my own. I love seeing the transformations of my clients! I've worked mostly with people who struggle with obesity. Each training session targets different muscles in the body. It's enough to get your heart rate up and make you sweat to assist with weight loss.
My favorite client story
I had one client who was extremely busy, working 12-14 hours each day plus taking care of his family. He was able to take time out of his busy day to exercise daily and change his lifestyle. He was able to lose 40 lbs in less than 6 months.
