Bridget Branning
About Bridget
My name is Bridget, but you can call me Bridge! I am a native Clevelander with a love for community, togetherness, and connection. I am an ACE certified health coach. I have a degree in clinical social work and nearly four years of experience working with survivors of trauma. Through this, I have fostered an immense respect for the connection between brain and body. Bridge to Resilience began as my own personal passion project but has since developed into an endeavor to provide holistic health and wellness support through a trauma-informed lens.
In my free time, I spend my days spoiling my tiny puppy, Noodle — a mini dachshund and pomeranian mix. I also absolutely love cooking and often make the Hungarian recipes that my grandmother has passed down. Chicken Paprikas is the ultimate comfort food in my opinion! In addition, I love hiking, cycling, yoga, and am an avid reader and total unabashed nerd.
In my life, I have learned to harness my own resilience in order to overcome social, emotional, and health difficulties. I have suffered from food intolerances and chronic pain that have caused discomfort and disconnection from my body. I have found personal healing through humor, vulnerability, togetherness, and tuning into the gentle wisdom of the body. I hope to use some of the lessons I have learned to support you on your way!
