Dave has been my personal trainer since 2011. He is excellent in every way - gears training to my fitness level, modifies exercises as needed based (considering my improvements & my weaknesses), always carefully watches that I am performing exercises properly to avoid injuries & to obtain the intended result. Dave's clients vary in age, fitness levels, & needs. I highly recommend Dave Hannan as a personal trainer.
I kept having problems with my back "going out". It happened every 2-3 months and generally after a long car ride. I decided I needed a trainer to help me work on my core and I found David. All I can say is WOW!! He went to work helping me stretch my hips and strengthen my core, and I have had zero back pain since! That was over two years ago. I am stronger, thinner, more flexible, and able to do typical daily things like shovel snow, move furniture, etc. I HIGHLY recommend David!!
David Hannan has been my personal trainer for many years now. He invests the time to stay current on latest health and fitness trends and successes, as well as really getting to know his clients so that he can customize the right program for each individual. His personal, caring style are definitely something that have motivated me to continue with my program year after year
Whether you need to get started or need some motivation to continue Dave’s priority is to meet your needs. He loves what he does and brings out your inner athlete. An assessment is done as you begin and he gives advice on the best way to meet your goals. Dave has a lot of tools to work with and changes up your routine so you stay interested. He never takes his eye off of you so that your exercises are effective and safe while, at the same time, working around any limits you have. Explaining and showing you exactly what to do to prevent any injury is important to him. I had back pain for several decades before becoming his client. The pain decreased with his workouts and was gone before I knew it. I was a new person! He also helped me with core training, balance and increased muscle strength. I must add that he is also a very personable and empathetic trainer. I would recommend him to anyone of any age.
