I'm a mother of three boys 31, 30 and 28. In 2002 I was in a life altering car wreck. I was left with a damaged spine that required spinal fusion. The doctors told me I had permanent nerve damage to my left leg and to expect that I would have to modify my life accordingly. Not wanting to believe this prognosis I went about reclaiming my life. The road back was hard. There were days I wanted to give up. There were days when I started to think maybe I should just modify my life as the doctors had advised me and not pursue my passions. Thankfully I was just stubborn enough to push on and I can now say I'm "good as new" . Today I am a Personal Trainer. My clientele are diversified. Some are recovering from injury, others are elite athletes and, yes, there are some just trying get into the best shape of their lives. I'm so honored and humbled to help them on their journeys. I'm still training myself. I'm following my life long passion to be a dancer. I'm involved in Ballroom, Hip Hop and a few other forms of dance. I might not make it on Dancing with the Stars..... ha ha but I'm having a ball....... no pun intended :-)
