About Dylan

I am an Exercise Science professional, U.S. Navy veteran, ISSA Exercise Therapy Specialist, and ISSA Tactical Conditioning Specialist dedicated to helping people improve their health, fitness, and long-term physical readiness.

My approach combines evidence-based exercise science with practical coaching, accountability, and sustainable lifestyle change. I work with clients across a wide range of goals including weight loss, strength development, injury prevention, mobility improvement, general fitness, and occupational readiness. Whether you’re returning to exercise after years away, looking to improve your overall health, or preparing for a demanding profession, I believe success starts with understanding where you are today and building a realistic path forward.

As a former Assistant Command Fitness Leader in the U.S. Navy, I gained firsthand experience helping individuals improve physical readiness, meet fitness standards, and develop healthier habits. I have continued that mission through the development of Exercise-Rx, a readiness-based coaching methodology focused on assessment, individualized programming, measurable progress, and long-term results.

My coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should be sustainable, adaptable, and built around your life—not the other way around. Every client receives a personalized approach based on their goals, experience level, limitations, and available time.

I enjoy working with beginners, busy professionals, veterans, first responders, and anyone committed to improving their health and performance through structured, evidence-based coaching.
