Congratulations on taking the first steps towards a healthier YOU! I am so excited that you are considering me to join you along your journey. As an experienced trainer and fitness instructor, I know that we can find the perfect way for you to reach your specific and unique goals.
My sessions and classes offer a welcoming, good-vibes-only atmosphere for all skill levels. I strive to eliminate the "gymtimidation" factor and help you find the fun in fitness.
My goal is to give you an hour of freedom and allow you to let-go while adopting a healthy lifestyle. You can expect a customized workout plan, specific to your goals, in the comfort of your own home.
Have no equipment? No problem! And if the gym is your thing, I got you there, too. Just take your laptop or phone with you and I will have a workout planned that we can do together at the gym.
By training with me, you can expect accountability, care, support, custom programs, and just plain old fun! I offer all types of workouts, including but not limited to:

A little about me:
I am a mom of two young boys (3 and 6 years old)
I am a fur-mom to a polydactyl kitty and two rats
Two things I can't live without: Coffee and Sushi (but... not together, haha)
I roller skate and draw cartoons for fun (I used to compete in roller derby!)
I love taking my Jeep Wrangler off roading (with the kids and hubs!)
I lived most of my adult life in San Francisco and recently re-relocated back to Toledo, Ohio
I am a big goofball and love to laugh and be active :)
My favorite client story
I had a gentleman, probably in his mid-60's, who started attending one of my group classes at the gym. I could tell he was not excited about the idea, but nevertheless, he kept returning every week. His movements became more confident and fluid over time, and I could see him beginning to enjoy himself.
After about 3-4 months, he approached me after class. He told me that his wife had encouraged him to come in the beginning and he was so glad that he listened. He had been suffering from chronic lower back pain for most of his adult life. But since attending my class, he told me that his back pain had slowly been going away! Both of us nearly in tears, he gave me a hug and thanked me. I will forever cherish the story he shared with me, and how I was the one who helped him feel relief.

My training experience
I have been in the field for over 10 years and full time since 2018.
I began as a Wellness Coach which led me to become a Zumba Instructor. From there, I became a licensed Personal Trainer. I have trained at LA Fitness, Esporta, Fitness19 and both Toledo Super Fitness locations. I also run my own virtual training business, Foxy Fitness!
