Hi my name is Michael. I am an Ace Certified Personal Trainer/bodybuilder. I have trained in bodybuilding, power lifting, and calisthenics. I've been into fitness and wellness for 5 years. When I found out the incredible benefits of training, I foung that it helped me in many ways that I couldn't in a million years predict. Fitness and training has helped me with anxiety, depression, being more open to helping others and much more, including the health benefits that comes with fitness. Once I've experienced these benefits, I felt like I had to do my part in helping someone feel the same. Since then its been constant research and trial and error. Now its my job to help others thrive in what has saved me many times.
