I am a personal trainer in the Licking Co. area. I am a kayaker, hiker, Jeeper, ATV-er, wife and mother of 3. Originally from VA, transplanted almost 7 years ago to OH. I am ceritified through ACE, one of the top leading certifications out there. I have a passion for training not just myself but others as well. I believe in helping anyone who is willing achieve a healthier lifestyle. I am currently working toward my nutrition certification as well, to better help direct my clients.
