My name is Abbylynn and I pride myself on being a functional fitness coach. This in a nutshell means that I want to make what we do in our workouts relate back and help in your everyday life! From rehab post surgery to Olympic weightlifting I would love to help you reach your goals.
Most of my coaching sessions are 45 minutes and consist of a dynamic warmup, a stability or mobility portion, and a strength and conditioning segment. The intensity and exercises vary depending on skill level and equipment available.
You do not have to be fit to start !
