About Charles

My passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle was realized while serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. I was the SGT in charge of ensuring the fitness, health and combat readiness of an 82 person company in the 4th Infantry Division. In addition to creating the daily morning fitness regiment, I was also in charge of helping previously challenged soldiers meet and exceed the Army’s physical fitness requirements. Fast paced, challenging circuit training that focuses on strength, weight loss and cardiovascular endurance is one of my specialties. Additionally, if you’re wanting to gain impressive size and strength, with 10+ years of training experience in bodybuilding, and a passion for the sport of bodybuilding myself, I’d love to be the one to help you achieve your goals.


My favorite client story

Though I’ve had so many great training experiences. My favorite would have to be helping my soldiers pass their PT tests, and therefore get promoted.

My favorite exercise

I love High Intensity Training. My personal favorite exercises would have to be variations of squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and all sorts of bench press.

My training experience

10+ years of professional training. I enjoy everything from getting someone ready for a wedding to bodybuilding preparation. Prior to this, I spent several years ensuring soldiers were physically combat ready for deployment.

I have had a love hate relationship with the gym for as long as I can remember. Charlie changed the game. Dare I say working out with him is fun?! He’s incredibly knowledge constructing a work out plan that caters to you. He pays close attention to what works best for you (PSA: not all bodies are created equal) and designs a program specific to you, regardless of your ability. This yield results significantly faster than any trainer (and I have had many over the years) in half the time. If you are looking for a results driven, workout program designed specifically for you, at rate that will still allow you to eat (after all Abs are made in the kitchen) then look no further.
