About Alex
I help professionals and athletes gain strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies with personalized performance plans and one on one personal training, in person or online. My goal is to make fitness as convenient as possible for you and and to meet you where you're at. I can train you online from your couch, bring my equipment to your home, or train you at my home gym. Portable Fitness for you!
My love for fitness came from having personal trainers help me lift weights and gain strength after having back pain from a bad car accident. After the accident I went to chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy. These all helped in the short term, but personal training helped me the most in the long term because I was able to build a stronger back! I didn't think weight lifting was something I'd ever be able to do, but with personal training I learned it was for me and it became an obsession! I want to show that fitness is for everyone!
I am a NASM Certified Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist.

Three years of personal training experience, starting out with training youth and seniors, then branching out to tech professionals, and am currently training clients ranging from busy professionals to collegiate athletes. Whether you are a novice to fitness, looking to lose weight, or a division 1 athlete, I can help you reach your goals, and take your fitness to the next level!

Alex was my trainer in Seattle for a few months. He was a great trainer; had a lot of feedback and coaching on my movement (to stay safe), and pushed me hard while understanding where my limits were. I would def train with him again!

Not only does he create great workouts and motivate you to workout, he is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness and is able to guide fitness regimens very effectively.
