My favorite client story
I have had success with my own body as I age. I found that my advice to people has been helpful as they age and deal with life issues. I have learned to manage pain, control body fat, overcome injuries, improve quality of life, stay flexible, stay strong and fell as good as possible.
My training philosophy
A client should pick the best fit for themselves for the most part. If a client is serious about wanting to take care of their health and want someone to meet them that shares the same goals, then I am a good fit. It helps when the trainer is also living the lifestyle that the client is looking for.

Caleb has been awesome! I had never hired a trainer before, so I was a little nervous, but he made me feel really comfortable and I saw results right away! I got in touch with Caleb trying to learn how to work out given a disability and a lifetime spent avoiding the gym. Caleb took great care to listen to me and develop a workout plan that works with my body and that pushes me to become better. Despite not having experience with my particular disability Caleb is very quick to pick up on the implications of it, and will often notice things about the way I'm moving that I miss. He's been able to notice things for me to work on based on subtle things I do in an exercise. If you're looking for a trainer who will listen, adapt to your circumstances, and come alongside you to reach your fitness goals, you can't do much better than Caleb.
