I guarantee to give you a better personal workout than what you could put yourself through! I have over 15 years of experience, and will train you until your muscles are fatigued. With my current training methods, you'll be burning off fat calories for hours after we finish our workout together, even if you decided to go home and sit on the couch. I even offer Nutritional help, because I'm certified in Sports Nutrition.
No matter your age, and reason for working out, I will be able to effectively train you!

My favorite exercise
I honestly believe in full body workouts, so I can't pick a favorite exercise. Any exercise that works multiple muscle groups at one time, is something I'd enjoy trying at least once.

My training philosophy
I believe all ages of people should be involved in some degree of strength training! Whatever body parts you aren't? consistently using, could experience atrophy. Injuries happen most often, because muscle groups are becoming weak.
My training experience
I've personally trained Shaquille O'neal when he played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Randy Couture of the UFC, and Chris McAlister of the Baltimore Ravens. I currently run Weight Loss Challenges for people of all ages, and for Corporate people also. There is nobody out there that God hasn't given me the tools to train!!!
